To launch Sun Life Malaysia’s inaugural wellness festival, Lumidea transformed The Agam into an immersive, multi-sensory journey designed to make holistic health accessible and engaging.
"Sun In The City" was built around three core pillars: Financial Bliss, Physical Prowess, and Mental Care. We curated an experience that moved away from traditional corporate roadshows, instead creating a vibrant, community-focused festival. From high-energy FLYJAM dance sessions and Yoga with Cats to financial literacy workshops and a curated Food Bazaar, every touchpoint was designed to inspire participants to live a "Brighter" life. The event successfully hosted over 350 participants and featured a star-studded guest list of celebrities and influencers, including Alif Satar, Dynas Mokhtar, and Jojo Struys.

Lumidea was appointed to manage the full-scale corporate retreat for 250 Maybank employees at the scenic Westin Desaru Coast. This 4-day, 3-night experience was designed to strengthen team cohesion and celebrate excellence through a meticulously planned itinerary of work and play.
The retreat featured high-intensity Outdoor Team Building sessions on the Desaru coast, focusing on teamwork, strategic coordination, and collective problem-solving. The highlight of the trip was the "Tropical Night" Gala Dinner & Awards, where we transformed the ballroom into an exotic paradise. Lumidea was the lead agency behind the official Malaysian launch of the UOB SME App, an all-in-one digital banking platform designed to empower Small and Medium Enterprises.
